On December 18, Chinese Permanent Representative to the United Nations Ambassador Wang Guangya received an interview given by Mr. Yang Zhiwang, correspondent from the New York Bureau of Xinhua News Agency. During the interview, Ambassador Wang gave a review of China's diplomacy within the United Nations during the year of 2003 and expounded Chin's role on important questions such as the Iraqi and the Middle-East issue.
